Each week, Sara teaches 3 different small group sessions. Expect to feel part of the group whether you’re in person or online with personalized cueing, demonstrations, and the same instructor each week who knows your unique situation.

Yoga Trapeze
This aerial yoga style group class incorporates pulling and hanging motions not available in a traditional yoga class, allowing you to increase strength and flexibility in muscles, joints, and connective tissues in a fun and unique way. Beginners and those recovering from injuries are welcome online or in-person.
