Group Classes

Each week, Sara teaches 3 different small group sessions. Expect to feel part of the group whether you’re in person or online with personalized cueing, demonstrations, and the same instructor each week who knows your unique situation.

Yoga for Functional Movement

This mat-based group yoga class is a mix of modern Hatha and Vinyasa styles as well as rehabilitative and preventative exercises with an emphasis on functional movement . We’ll work to improve posture, balance, breath control, strength, and mobility. All levels welcome. Please inform us of special body situations or considerations prior to class.

Please join us online or in-person with your yoga mat, blocks, and a strap.

Flexibility Training for Stiff Folks

Our most popular group class! Sick of being the stiffest person in the room, want to sit on the floor more comfortably, or just want to stretch out those stiff places? Join us online or in person.

This targeted flexibility training method helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings. It is hugely popular all over the world because it delivers flexibility results quickly by utilizing the science of passive stretching and breathing to effectively change your body, improve posture, and increase range of motion. Poses and modifications suited for all bodies, including beginners.

Join us with your sense of humor and lots of props from around your house like books, beach towels, dining room chairs, stools, pillows, etc.

Yoga Trapeze

This aerial yoga style group class incorporates pulling and hanging motions not available in a traditional yoga class, allowing you to increase strength and flexibility in muscles, joints, and connective tissues in a fun and unique way. Beginners and those recovering from injuries are welcome online or in-person.
