Sara is an incredible yoga teacher. Her cues are perfect, always inviting me to work with the breath and my own body. I love that she is so conscious of working with people's injuries and limitations - - you don't feel like you're the only one who can't keep up. It's really welcoming. And the trapezes are so fun!! Really great experience.
