Biometrics Evaluation

Our biometric exam begins with a comprehensive physical evaluation, focusing on the position and alignment of your pelvis. This step is crucial as it helps identify any postural imbalances or alignment issues that may be impacting your movement or overall well-being.

Next, we implement targeted postural drills designed to connect your nervous system with muscle fibers, retraining your body to move more efficiently. These drills aim to reduce compensatory movements, enabling you to function with greater ease and less strain.

The entire evaluation takes about 75 to 90 minutes. Afterward, you’ll receive a tailored set of exercises to reinforce the results and help you feel more aligned, stable, and comfortable in your body.

Biometrics evaluations are held by appointment only in-person at Sara’s Lynnwood, WA home studio.

Follow up sessions are recommended based on your goals and how your body is reacting to the drills. These are typically 45 minutes and are usually every 2-3 weeks depending on your response. If you are a private yoga student, your follow up sessions can also be incorporated into those ongoing sessions.
