Yingling Yoga specializes in functional movement: unique, customized therapeutic movement for students looking to gain strength and flexibility to keep moving as the years pass.

Our classes are focused on utilizing breathing and modern science-based postures and exercises to heal and prevent injuries, reduce stress, gain flexibility, and increase strength.

We work with goal-oriented students who like to laugh and work hard. And we’re not afraid of past injuries, artificial joints, or other unique body situations.
